Cake with fruits

When we were small, we liked to make sweets, and so did my grandma. Before eating them though, she always asked: "Does it make you choak?" She intended: is it too dry? do you need to drink water with it? Well, this cake is really NOT dry, plus, it needs 5 minutes to prepare it, she wouldn't say: get ready with a glass of water... Emanuel liked it so much that i made it 3 times last week!

I found this recipe in a gastroblog called Dolce Vita. She uses prugnes, I used apples and peaches, but you can use any kind of fresh fruits, even mixed.


500 g fruits (here: 3 appales, 3 peaches)
70 g melted butter
150 g sugar
3 eggs
70 g flour
250 ml milk


Put the fruit (cut in slices) in a buttered cakepan and pour cinnamon on it. Mix the melted butter with the sugar, then the eggs, add the flour, then add the milk. Pour this "liquid" on the fruit and bake the cake in preheated oven for about 45 minutes. That's it!
